Report a problem
Fill in what you can. The page assembles the report and opens it in your mail client for you to send.
Known issues
- Missed taps in Rhythm mode — a known issue on some Android devices. Three settings mitigate it. Report it anyway: the list of affected models is what will resolve it.
- The app does not detect your piano — usually the cable. A charging cable will not work; a USB-OTG adapter is required. Details.
Write the report
Where the report goes
The form posts to a Cloudflare service that records the report and notifies us. What is stored: the text you wrote, your browser string, your country, and a truncated one-way hash of your IP address — used only to cap how many reports one address may send per hour. The address itself is not stored, and nothing here is shared with anyone.
If the server cannot be reached, the page falls back to your own mail client so the text is not lost. Copy the report instead works at any time and sends nothing.
